Managing Partner | Portfolio Manager
Craig Petrassi is a managing partner and founder of Evoke Wealth Management. As Evoke’s portfolio manager, Craig brings tremendous value to the team with his ability to connect each client’s goals and purpose to his portfolio recommendations. Craig makes adjustments and selections for his clients based on their long-term goals rather than focusing on the short-term fluctuations of the market. Craig is adept at taking the most complex cases, utilizing his skills and experience to craft highly customized, multi-asset portfolios. He places great emphasis on educating others on the complexities and subtle nuances of investment strategies.
Craig’s career includes over 25 years of investment management experience as well as in-depth knowledge of wall street trading dynamics. From his early years trading in the options pits on the floor of the commodities exchange to managing a trading desk servicing some of the largest hedge funds and mutual fund managers on Wall Street, there are few markets he has not successfully navigated. Craig also served as Chief Operating Officer and Director of Trading and Wealth Management for Revere Securities, LLC, for more than seven years.
Immediately preceding the launch of Evoke Wealth Management, Craig was a Senior Portfolio Manager at TIAA. In this role he directly managed over $1 billion in discretionary assets for both individual and institutional clients. Ultimately, Craig finds he is most fulfilled when working with individual clients and families helping utilize the power of sound investing to achieve their goals.
After he graduated with a degree in finance from the University of South Florida, Craig went on to earn an MBA from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College in New York.
Craig lives in Westfield, NJ, with his wife and two children. Outside of the office Craig looks forward to time on the golf course and frequenting many of North Jersey’s varied dining options. He most enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.
